Content Policy

1. Purpose
This Content Policy defines the rules authors, contributors, and users must follow when publishing or interacting with content on Voctale.
2. Prohibited content
It is strictly forbidden to publish:
- Content illegal under French or European law
- Pornographic or sexually explicit content
- Hate speech, incitement to violence or discrimination (race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability)
- Threats, harassment, or doxxing
- Content glorifying terrorism, child abuse, or domestic violence
- Plagiarized content or infringing third-party copyright
- Spam, unsolicited advertising, phishing
- Others' personal data without consent
3. Reporting content (DMCA-equivalent)
To report illegal content or copyright infringement:
- Use the "Report" button on any content page
- Or send a formal notice to contact@voctale.com including: your identity, precise description of the content, exact URL, legal basis of the claim (copyright, privacy, etc.), good-faith statement
We process reports within a reasonable time (3 business days on average). Content may be removed as a precaution pending review.
4. Adversarial procedure
The author of removed content is notified by email and may file a motivated counter-notice. In case of persistent dispute, the content remains removed until resolution by agreement or judicial decision.
5. Sanctions
Violations may result in:
- Removal of the content
- Warning to the author
- Temporary account suspension
- Permanent ban
- Transmission to competent authorities
6. Community moderation
Forums, discussions, clubs, and comments are moderated by the Voctale team and designated moderators. The rules of this Policy fully apply to community contributions.
